RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY :

It’s our utmost endeavor to provide our customer with services and/or products to their entire satisfaction. It can be frustrating when the online purchase is not quite right. we offer our products on our online platform with a very customer friendly return & refund policy. 

Our return policy works on the basis of following conditions :

DAMAGED PRODUCT/WRONG ITEM/INAPPROPRIATE SIZE/INCOMPLETE PRODUCT :

If the product(s) your receive is/are damaged or meet with one or more above mentioned condition(s), we would be happy to give you the replacement with the right product. In this case, contact must be made within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the products by email support@saidigital.in or whatsapp us giving cause of return/refund with relevant snaps of product(s) received. We will schedule return pick up for the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.

In case of incomplete product(s) /missing part(s) in the package, the missing part(s) will be sent after complete verification from our end.

DIDN’T LIKE THE PRODUCT/QUALITY/SIZE NOT AS PER REQUIREMENT :

It’s remain our utmost endeavor, the best quality reaches to our customers as every customer is significant for us.  As each product goes through a well-defined quality check process. However, these being art products, please note that there may be slight variation in looks and finish. The colors shown on the website are close the real color of the product to the extent possible. However, depending upon your display screen, the colors may vary slightly. In case of handmade paintings, there may be minor variations due to nature of the work.

However, if you are still not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Please mail us with the details within this 7 day period. We will schedule a return pick up for the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure there is no misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. For this 15% of the order value will be deducted in case of refund as return shipping of the product.

For any refund for prepaid orders we reverse the transaction you made so that refunds can be processed. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days, after the receipt of returned product(s),  to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition. Once the returned product passes the quality check (not damaged due to not use of original or poor packaging, not having scratches/ Stains) to ensure it is unused and packaged back in its original packaging stage (so that it do not get damaged in the Transit), an exchange/refund will be processed.
